I want to share the importance of KNOWING who God is and WHAT you can do in Him.
I was dealing with some health stuff yesterday. On my way to receive care the enemy was trying to disguise Himself as a quiet voice to tell me I was experiencing XYZ and I was going to need surgery and anything else to TRY and evoke fear/anxiety. When that DIDN'T work, he tried to quote scripture and speak positively to me about my future. He finished by telling me to say AMEN; I did not!
If you recall a previous post I spoke about how the enemy will get you to agree with him by any means necessary. I KNEW this was a trick. However, I didn't remain SILENT! I began to speak the word by Christ's example and said, "It is written...". I pray in the Spirit to build up my most HOLY faith and I came into agreement with every promise God has spoken to me personally AND in His word.
I want US to understand that the enemy will come in vulnerable moments to try and creep into our lives. BUT, we have POWER in the name and blood of Jesus! We have God's word that tells the story of our life and gives us instruction to defeat every foe.
So Sisters , Remember:
- Death and Life are in YOUR tongue
- The enemy is an IMPOSTER, he will disguise himself as anything necessary to gain access
- As a born again believer, YOU are seated in Heavenly places with Christ(You have the Advantage and the vantage point)
- God's word is a SWORD...Cut that snakes head off!
- Scripture, Prayer, Worship, and Praise can shift atmospheres
- YOU have been given AUTHORITY over ALL the power of the enemy, so USE IT!
